ATTENTION FESTIVAL PERFORMERS!

We are requesting that performers competing in the 2012 Festival doing their songs with the Festival Band come prepared. Practice time with the festival band will be limited this year as we are having a Battle of the Bands and a Jam Session. Performers will need to send or email me the TITLE OF THE SONG, THE KEY YOU NEED, AND THE ARTIST THAT SINGS IT BY SEPTEMBER 1. I will then pass the list to the Festival Band so they can have some preparation prior to the festival. Knowing your song(s) prior to the festival will help cut down on the necessary practice time and help speed up the time for performers. If you have the song on CD, you can mail the CD to me & it will be returned to you. The category for “Golden Oldie Country Song of the Year” may bring out several new songs that the band has not done before. Please send or email your songs ASAP to Deb Shaw, 30550 Birch Rd, Glenvil NE 68941 or email them to necmf1@gmail.com Your help will be appreciated.
